Hope Wellness Does Not Discriminate
Hope Wellness complies with applicable Federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate or exclude people or treat patients differently on the basis of age, race, color, creed, national origin, ethnicity, religion, marital status, disability, citizenship, medical condition, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, and sex characteristics) or any other basis prohibited by federal, state, or local law.
Compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
Hope Wellness is committed to ensuring that there is no discrimination against individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in the full and equal enjoyment of its course, services, and programs. In furtherance of this commitment, Hope Wellness offers accommodations in an accessible manner to individuals with disabilities.
Hope Wellness makes modifications as are necessary to ensure that the place and manner in which the accommodations are given are accessible to individuals with disabilities. Hope Wellness also provides appropriate auxiliary aids and services for persons with impaired sensory, manual, or speaking skills, unless doing so would fundamentally alter the course or would result in an undue burden.
Accommodations and Services
Hope Wellness provides free accommodations and tools to patients with disabilities to receive services and communicate effectively with us, including, but not limited to:

- Written information in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats, other formats)
Hope Wellness provides free language services to patients whose primary language is not English, such as:
- Qualified interpreters
- Information written in other languages

Filing a Grievance
